Renovated with the idea of applying the general layout as a template for the owner's other investment properties, we were restricted by the amount of finishes used as well as the cost, while still delivering a high calibre product.

The result is a multi-purpose layout, with concealed workspace and bedrooms that can be repurposed as work/play areas as needed.
